About NNEF
The NNEF Public Foundation has been shaping Kazakhstan's modern education landscape for more than 25 years by introducing international standards and supporting globally oriented learning. Since its establishment in 1998, the Foundation has developed a unique model of continuous education that brings together kindergartens, international schools, leading universities and social initiatives.
NNEF's mission is to develop an innovative ecosystem of continuous education in line with international standards and global trends. This mission is reflected in the Foundation's long-term commitment to creating high-quality learning environments and supporting children and young people at every stage of their educational journey.
Miras International School Almaty is part of the NNEF educational network. The school shares the Foundation's commitment to combining international educational standards with strong values, academic excellence and the holistic development of each child.
Today, NNEF brings together Miras kindergartens in Astana, Almaty and Atyrau, Miras International Schools in Astana and Almaty, the International School of Almaty, Arystan Specialized Lyceum, and several leading universities, including Kazakh-British Technical University, Astana IT University, the International University of Information Technologies, Gumarbek Daukeyev University of Energy and Communications, and the University of International Business. The Foundation's work also includes SOS Children's Villages Kazakhstan. This connected model allows NNEF to support young people from early childhood to higher education and beyond.
