Leadership, wellbeing, creativity, and safe daily school life
Beyond academic study, Miras helps students grow through leadership opportunities, music education, personal and social development, inclusive support, and a strong safety culture. These experiences shape confident, balanced learners.
Student leadership
Students are encouraged to lead, collaborate, and act responsibly
The Leadership Programme encourages students to be inquisitive, creative, collaborative, and independent. It is designed to help them become active and responsible citizens in Kazakhstan and the wider world.
The elected Student Council gives learners a formal way to represent their peers, build initiative, and participate in school decision-making.
Creative pathways
Music education happens inside the school day and beyond it
The Children's Music School offers a five-year track in piano, dombra, violin, and vocal, leading to a state-recognised certificate.
Younger learners can also join the Music Studio or Early Musical Development groups for stage confidence, ensemble work, and artistic growth.

Leadership programme
Leadership is taught as a set of habits and choices
The Leadership Programme describes students as inquisitive, critical and creative thinkers who learn to make independent decisions and value collaboration.
Participation is designed to help students become active and responsible citizens in Kazakhstan and the wider world.

It is made up of an elected president and committee chairs chosen by student vote.
